But Chase seems to like what he sees better than I do. Sometime I wonder what it would be like to look in the mirror through the eyes of a child. So happy to see what they are - not focusing on what they are NOT.

And a silly attempt at a self-portrait with my little buddy. (I don't know what I'll do when he gets sick of being my guinea pig. I know Daniel won't take his spot.)

That is a DARLING shot of you and Chase. I need a copy. Really cute pics of Chase and the mirror, too. Can't wait to see you guys this week.
Cute pictures. I also read your last post and I agree with Jill. No bottle to fall asleep with (I promise you will regret that later!) and get a routine down. Routine, Routine, Routine and CONSISTENCY!! That is what kids want AND need. I had to turn the tv or music up really, really loud a few times with Kaitlyn because it was killing me to let her scream, but it took less than a week and she knew I wasn't going to run in and rescue her. Then we got smart with Landon and put him to bed wide awake from day one and he would always stay in bed and not cry, he just knew that was how it was. Let's hope it works again with Cammi! Good Luck!
Those pictures are so cute!! I love your comment about how they look to see what they are not what they are not. Amazing how young they start to teach us these lessons huh!!
Cute pictures of mom and baby!! Oh and good luck with the whole routine at bedtime thing...I'm still trying to figure it out with Mckenna. She had a routine, but whenever we travel or are out later than expected, the routine falls apart and we have been trying to play catch up ever since. It's a never ending battle, but letting them cry themselves to sleep is sometimes the only answer. It is tough, but necessary for your baby and you to get a good night sleep in their own beds! Good Luck though!! =D
