When we considered renting the top part of this house, we found it a bonus that it was located down a little dirt lane. Besides those that live under and behind us, there is no traffic, and it's very quiet and surrounded by farms.
I failed to realize that come Spring it would turn into a muddy, mucky mess.

I LOVE where your little house is...I think it's perfect, muddy lane and all. The temple, the ducks that roam your little lane, and the horses. Those are little parts of what make your little home great. If I asked Aiden what his favorite part of your house was, he'd say the horses. And the fact that you, Daniel and little Chase live there.
Besides, you've learned to navigate around all those pot holes like a pro! Makes you feel a little rural even in the big city.
