Headed out swimming he commented "Daddy has his swimming suit case on."
Calls toothpaste: "poop paste". It's pretty hysterical at night time when he is running around asking for "more poop paste please."
After I finished talking on the phone to Daniel one day Chase commented, "Bye bye Daddy." Then he looked at me with a look of astonishment and out of nowhere said "Daddy's eating the suckers!!" (Suckers are one of Chase's favorite treats).
Wouldn't sleep in his own bed one night so he slept with us. In the morning Daniel snuck around trying to get ready for work without waking him and it worked... for a while. After he was dressed and ready to go, Daniel went to the kitchen and got started pouring some cereal. Chase, in our bed on the other side of the house, popped his eye's open and exclaimed, "Daddy's eating the lucky charms!!" At that point there was no hope, we had to get out of bed and get some lucky charms.
Daniel has a book that has the picture on the cover of a guy jumping from one rock to another. Chase calls this book "run run the rocks" and loves to skim through it.
Today at stake conference we watched the broadcast from the primary room with some other families with young kids. He gladly traded one of his cars for a very small stuffed bunny that he was so excited to hold. He then walked over to us and announced, "Bunny has the raunchy poop," pointed at the bunny's bum.
NEED has become his most commonly used word. He "NEEDS" this and "NEEDS" that. Especially if he isn't supposed to have it. Our conversations often go:
Me: "Chase please don't touch that."
Chase: "I NEED to touch that!"
It goes that way with just about anything.
He mostly speaks in complete sentences and impresses us with how he puts words together, but every once in a while he doesn't know the words to put in a sentence or feels like his sentence is too short, and uses "nananana" as a filler.
"A naannanana big airplane."
Has an obsession with coats. I don't know if it's because he will be one step closer to being ready to go outside or what, but he always "NEEDS" his coat on. He sat through 2 hours of stake conference today with his coat on and refused to take it off.
I may have mentioned once or twice, but this kid loves nursery. Today after stake conference he ran for the door excitedly yelling "Go to nursery!! Go to nursery!!" He had the other families in the room with us laughing and feeling bad that there was no nursery, and a very smart 4 year old girl informed Chase that there was no nursery today. Her teacher had told her that.

Hilarius funnies! Great Pictures! Can I have a copy of the one where he's peeking under the pipe? That one is just too cute :)
Cute pictures and stories. I can totally relate to the random funny comments. The other day, we were at Grandma's house and we were making peanut butter sandwiches for lunch and out of nowhere Kenna said..."I don't like chili." LOL I guess now we know. It was so random and funny. These kids are at such a fun age! (most of the time anyways!!)
